[She's at her desk, frowning quite deeply as she focuses on the gear. Of all the things...]

"Alert! All citizens of Johto! As you all may know, the Lighthouse in Olivine had been completely demolished yesterday. However, after eyewitness testimony and a very clear video from the PokéGear Connect, we're looking for the following individual."

"If you see this criminal, please call your local officers! We're unsure of how many explosives he may be in possession of, so we'd like to catch him as soon as possible to prevent a second attack from happening. Thank you!"

That's right, besides Shelly de Killer causing trouble, we've also got Rangiku Matsumoto skipping out on work! As usual, feel free to use this post to plot with Muffin, although she would like to have Rangiku escape soundly this time.

That's right, Shelly de Killer has attacked Matt Engarde! He'd like to remain free, but feel free to run with some ridiculous antics. And as usual, you can use this post to plot with Naem.

At approximately 10:00 AM (EST) on Monday, June 06, everyone's PokéGears will go off in a colorful display of... a few Jennys in a bit of a frantic rush.

( ALERT, CRIMINALS ARE ON THE LOOSE! )

That's right, the three recent heists in the month of May! Nanao and Kaito would like to escape, but Stitch is up for grabs after the stone her stole is used.

At approximately 10:00 AM (EST) on Thursday, November 18th, everyone's PokéGears will go off in a colorful display of... that same something as last time.

[Officer Jenny appears on screen, two large Kangaskhan behind her. And... she's half distracted, since she is on the phone.]

"What?! Why didn't you tell me the systems were down?! That's a serious offense! He tried to damage the entire city! We can't have people running around like tha--"

[...and an eyeroll.]

"Yes, I know that child left his job... b-but... No, we can't let these things slide! Think of the poor shopkeeper who was understaffed! He had to shut down early and everything! You know what? We have important things to take care of! We have to figure out these two criminals!"

[And she finally notices the device. Jenny gasps and slams the phone down immediately. Only at this point does she address the device.]

"Citizens of Johto! We have two criminals running on the loose! The first one is very dangerous. He is not to be approached, but please give us any tips or sightings! As for the second one, he's a very crafty individual, sneaky with quick fingers and a complete disregard for the law! Don't let him near your belongings!"

We apologize for the delay! But it's time to kick this up a notch. Kaito's player has asked that Kaito escapes, because of derpy it's-hard-to-recognize-ness.

However... Shizuo being caught is up for grabs.

At approximately 6:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, September 30th, everyone's PokéGears will go off in a colorful display of... We're not really sure, but it's something.

[Officer Jenny appears on screen, two large Kangaskhan behind her. She looks pretty frazzled, but she's doing her best to keep composure. Gotta love these cops!]

"Alert! All citizens of Johto! We've got arrest warrants for the following four violent outlaws! If you see them, please page the department immediately! This is Officer Jenny of Blackthorn City, and they're all very dangerous! Please don't try taking on these troublemakers, call us instead. They're very dangerous!"

[On the screen, four beautiful mug-shots. And by mug-shots, we mean random shots taken by a pidgey in a tree with a camera. ...yes.]

"I know we've missed a few offenders, and for that, citizens of Johto, we are all very sorry! You see, our systems messed up. All of our reported went to Kanto and then Voltorb had a little fun with the--...oh, y-you guys don't need to know that, do you?

"Anyway! If you see these criminals, I strongly advise you all, as good citizens of this city, to give us a call! Thank you!"

[And with that, she turns off the connection.]

This is the fun part, guys! On the PokéConnect system, there will now be a "Police Advisory" section that one may search through. And in that section, you will see the warrants of people. They'll be up in that section until their expiration date listed. Feel free to attempt to report this to the authorities! As for the four listed, you may organize wacky chase scenes with the police or other characters, or just attempt to live your daily lives! After the expiration dates, their names will expire and the Jennys will just wag their fingers and tell them to behave. Because it works. Yep.

NOTE! Players, all four "convicts" will escape, as they have all requested it. Just have some goofy fun times!

*Additional Note: all characters with warrants who do not have a last name known or listed will be given a beautiful last name. Or first. Depends on what the Kangaskhan feel. ~~Okami found it, throw stones that way!!~~

Also, the police aren't doing any severe patrolling, but you may see a Kangaskhan somewhere near most of the cities exits every few days. You may challenge them, and fight them, but they'll flash shiny badges at you and flee if you bring down half of their strength.

Okay guys, have some kooky hijinks!

Also, to the few of you who were trying to use the police notices earlier, I'm really sorry we weren't able to. (Commit some more crimes, we can get them up next time!)
