HOW THIS WORKS:

I am a psychic. I discovered a powers during my youth when I bent a spoon without trying. Since then, I've manifested my psychic powers in a variety of ways, like telekinesis, teleportation, telepathy, psychokinesis and even transmutation. I can also communicate with the departed, if need be. I can communicate with all types of pokémon, but psychic pokémon maintain the best link, as they're able to communicate back and we're able to carry conversations mentally.

Hello, ma'am. [Should he be using that for her? Best to be polite but some ladies just don't like that.] "Psychic powers" don't exist in my world, or if they do, they're not called the same name, hence my curiosity about yours.

What exactly do these abilities entail? Are you capable of using the same moves as the psychic-type Pokémon?

I am capable of using similar moves to psychic type pokémon. I can teleport, use telepathy to speak to others and communicate with my psychic pokémon, I can also use psychokinesis and transmutation. I also have premonitions, involuntarily. These moves are similar and can be used similarly to moves like confusion, kinesis, future sight and the like.

However, for psychic type pokémon, their applications and their abilities to use psychic type attacks are innate. It's just how their species work. Humans aren't normally psychic, so my abilities have to be trained and honed, while most psychic type pokémon can communicate with telepathy, bend items and see the future with ease.

You are never alone on your journey. The pokémon, the acquaintances you meet, and things of that nature creates the reality that everyone is connected no matter how alone they may seem. It's only a matter of finding that. Personally, I know I never feel alone if I'm with my pokémon.

...How are you able to access your chakra network? You must have discovered a method to overcome the constant drain if you're able to access such jutsu. [The 'or you're an exception' is implied. He may not be known for his tact and manners, but he knows well enough not to publicly call her out on being part of the people absorbing or suppressing the collective chakra of those in the land.

I do meditate regularly and I believe I clear my chakras so I can maintain a clear and focused mind. However, I do not get your references to jutsu. Psychic powers are genetically innate to a select few, and I never needed anything but concentration to perform them.

Firstly, if someone wanted to get all the Normal-types out there, would the species that lose it upon evolving still count after that? Or would they have to remain at their first stage?

Secondly, what Normal-types would be particularly challenging to find, catch or raise? Any recommendations?

Anyway, I had a question! It's about using TMs on Normal types. Dii-chan, my Audino, can learn just about any of them, right? If I wanted to teach it Toxic but not keep it after a gym battle, is that okay? Would something else she learns overwrite it?
