Luckily for us, Proton's Celadon science team works fast, and we got what we needed out of Suicune in time to release it at the outskirts of Mt. Moon at 2:15 this morning. The power should return soon. Moving it to another base for further containment was an impossibility, as it took a 24-hour team of twenty psychic-types to keep the other two from finding its location.
