Luckily for us, Proton's Celadon science team works fast, and we got what we needed out of Suicune in time to release it at the outskirts of Mt. Moon at 2:15 this morning. The power should return soon. Moving it to another base for further containment was an impossibility, as it took a 24-hour team of twenty psychic-types to keep the other two from finding its location. I have actually compiled a post here regarding what he's done since his arrival, primarily because while Kimblee has a photographic memory, I do not, and I need to document that crap lest I forget. orz As mentioned there, Kimblee would insist that Archer oversaw/commanded that first anonymous raid, despite the fact that Archer had nothing to do with it in actuality; this is how he's presented it to everyone who knows that they are legion legend jointly working as Anon Rocketbro, so.

Furthermore, several of the eggs mentioned at the bottom of that post were also given to TR members free of charge as outlined here.

He's also implored Cobra to put in a good word for Archer and back them up as the anonymous "individual" who's been posting to the network; they've provided proof to Cobra that they are, in fact, legit. And because Kimblee is thorough, he's also created a witness within TR by revealing himself as the anon to Ivan on both separate occasions.

In terms of things that were detrimental...he was partially responsible for the explosion at the Game Corner, but that was less a case of him intentionally destroying property and more a case of...well, Kimblee herping his derp after a superior officer in the name of fun, so um.

Kimblee has also been working on trying to infiltrate the PGC. He hasn't gotten terribly far yet, but he's conned the hell out of one member (Emmy Altava) into giving him some information. Furthermore, he's convinced both Emmy and Isaac McDougal that he's joined TR with the intention of spying on them to further throw off suspicion.
