DAY 27/11. 00:00.
| This world is strange and new. And almost a little constricting. It's restless--a growing stress of being around, trying to take in everything this land has to offer, trying to understand how to move its own chosen form to feel more solidly on ground on this earth. It stretches its form. Trying to understand new limbs and heads and a physical sense of belonging to this land is weird. How do these humans do it so easily? They're still confusing. It has been weeks and still nothing makes sense of them. But it wishes to find that same sense of being, that solid feeling, a structure, that places it as a 'part' of something and not just a dry wish. It's sure it is, somehow--but getting used to this is weird and new. As it stretches again, power surges through each nerve, pulsing out to the ground below. ...well, that's new. It stretches again, and the pulsing jolts again. It pauses once more, and gives it a rest for that afternoon. But an hour later, that odd sensation returns, and it wiggles, stretches, tries to ground itself to this land--and everything shakes. A flash of light appears just beyond the horizon, and suddenly everything is so loud. |
