Well, on most cases we would, but most of the moderating is so the system works out well enough. I don't want to just turn it loose on the trial period. It's not too complicated, we just have to set it up in a way that's easy to understand.

Makes sense. We'll probably start doing that now. I just don't like always having to go "thank you for your input" whether we really change or use something or not. Sometimes generic answers just feel a little impersonal and dismissive, and that's what I was trying to avoid. But you do have a point there, it does look a little ignored if we don't say anything at all. We might just respond to them anyhow.
