Post-event info!
[Those checking their network for a dose of daily Johto news on Thursday or Friday morning will see this little bulletin, first and foremost.]

NEWS BULLETIN
ooc:
The event is still going on and all participants (Rockets, tower workers, tourists, and any do-gooders who managed to be alerted and hastily join the fray somehow) are free to continue their threads as long as they need!
However, so that everyone is on the same page for what happens after that fateful Wednesday night, here's the skinny:
-When the director is finally taken hostage at the end of the night, all tourists and non-native Tower workers (you trouble-makers, you-- after that catastrophic disaster for Team Rocket at the HQ concerning prisoners, they don't want any more chances for you crazy foreigners to screw things up for them!) are ordered to leave the tower, with the threat of harm against the affable director looming should anyone not obey.
-The next morning, despite possible protests from those who know better, the Officer Jennies' investigation will be halted on account of the Director himself, as well as his remaining staff (now filled out with manyRocket Grunts new faces (particularly among his personal security staff), publicly stating that everything is juuuuust fine, no need to look in here too closely, HAH HAH.
-Those who are in Team Rocket are encouraged by their superiors to PARTAY on account of their mission succee-- ... er, BONUS OFFICE PARTY. Need to keep up the act of being nice harmless Tower employees to those on the outside, after all.
Have any questions? Please ask them here, or direct them to any of the mods!
Otherwise, please continue to enjoy your threads on the log post and let us know if you would like us to supply any NPCs!
THURSDAY MORNING, 8:30 AM
NEWS BULLETIN
This morning, officers were dispatched to investigate the cause of the mysterious power outage at the Goldenrod City Radio Tower last night. They were met at the front of the building by the Director himself and his close security staff.
Looking frazzled but alert, the director assured reporters that the sudden silence of the radio stations that normally play through the night was the result of a fuse blowing in the control room powering the transmitter and the many phone lines that make broadcasting possible. The Tower's expert electricians cite stray electric Pokemon sneaking into the transmitter room as being the cause of the incident.
"It was quite an exciting night," stated the Director with a nervous laugh and a glance over his shoulder at security staff, who nodded to him reassuringly, when questioned. However, he assured our reporters that the Tower was back up and running perfectly now, and that any strange calls that may have come from the tower the previous night were simply 'People playing jokes and trying to start a panic'.
He was then ushered back into the building by his faithful security staff, who declined questioning.
Needless to say, the many radio-listeners of Johto are relieved to hear that this was a false alarm.
"I just can't start my day without my DJ Ben!" states one caller, a tearful Lass, from her home on Route 36.
All Radio programs from today onwards should resume on schedule, with the hardworking staff working day and night to prevent any future accidents such as this one.

What exactly happens to those who were working at the tower? Do they get fired and replaced by rockets or?? Flay for one would not sit too kindly with the whole thing since he was security and such is prone to rash and reckless action.

If Flay puts up a fight, he will probably find himself in a fight with the new 'security', and reported to the police for his troubles.
