At approximately 10:00 AM (EST) on Thursday, November 18th, everyone's PokéGears will go off in a colorful display of... that same something as last time.

[Officer Jenny appears on screen, two large Kangaskhan behind her. And... she's half distracted, since she is on the phone.] "What?! Why didn't you tell me the systems were down?! That's a serious offense! He tried to damage the entire city! We can't have people running around like tha--" [...and an eyeroll.] "Yes, I know that child left his job... b-but... No, we can't let these things slide! Think of the poor shopkeeper who was understaffed! He had to shut down early and everything! You know what? We have important things to take care of! We have to figure out these two criminals!" [And she finally notices the device. Jenny gasps and slams the phone down immediately. Only at this point does she address the device.] "Citizens of Johto! We have two criminals running on the loose! The first one is very dangerous. He is not to be approached, but please give us any tips or sightings! As for the second one, he's a very crafty individual, sneaky with quick fingers and a complete disregard for the law! Don't let him near your belongings!" [On the screen, two wonderul mug-shots.Once again taken by a pidgey in a tree with a camera.]

We apologize for the delay! But it's time to kick this up a notch. Kaito's player has asked that Kaito escapes, because of derpy it's-hard-to-recognize-ness.

However... Shizuo being caught is up for grabs.

...any takers? Plotting amongst players and working with Shizuo's player in order to make this extremely chaotic is highly encouraged! You have two weeks. Run forth, young citizens!

Right now he's in Azalea, but he'll be leaving soon (and probably already has) and it's as viable that he'll head back towards Violet as it is that he'll try to get through the woods. It won't be hard to figure out that he's in Azalea, either, given that there were two separate videos showing him there around the time the crime was committed.

Go for it! Like I told Misha-mun, Shizuo is in Azalea right this second (or was a few days ago) and he's as apt to have gone back towards Violet as he was to go anywhere else, especially if being closer to Violet will make plotting easier.

Ahahah, she's as apt to get a deathglare for Positive Thinking if she's not careful about how she words it. I'm not familiar with Maya's character (Persona 2 is, like, the only game in that series I've NEVER been able to play) -- is she more apt to believe Shizuo is guilty, or assume he's innocent until proven otherwise.

Korea here actually has his squad of fail!superheroes, so would it be at all possible for them to go after Shizuo, even if they end up failing? I'm not sure who you want to catch him, but that could be an interesting step along the way? :)

That sounds hysterical, so absolutely!

How many of them are there? Shizuo's not super powered anymore, but he's a pretty good fighter and used to trying to fight off a bunch of people at once, so if there's enough of them there's a good chance they'll be able to subdue him.

There are...6 of them, I believe. I'm not sure how much of them would be up to actual fighting, but there's Korea, Ventus, Sora, KH Aerith, Death, and Hong Kong. They're mostly spread out between Cherrygrove and Violet, but I'm sure they could converge on a route somewhere; I'd have to ask all the muns.

On a plotting note, if anyone wants to be a do-gooder and attempt to go after Kid on Officer Jenny's behalf, I am completely a-okay with this |Db I would like him to get away, but I am always up for shenanigans or close calls or what have you. Kid will mostly be seen on the outskirts of Goldenrod, if anyone wants to catch sight of him there!

If we all want to get to him in Violet, then I suppose the funtimes would be happening there, so absolutely. Is there anything in particular you'd like to happen or something? It's not like Cooper has any particular authority in Johto, but he's got an instict for crime and crime-fighting and is pretty good at what he does.

Sorry for the delay, but I believe we have reached a verdict!

Whenever we plan, one of the members of the squad will make a post saying that they've seen Shizuo in whichever location you decide. This poster will attempt to rally the others to action. Then, a day or so later (?) we can have an open in log in which as many members as possible find and/or confront him.
