early updates! Oh my!

Hey guys! We have a ton of updates for you all today! They're soooo biiiig that we decided to do them early!

First off, the friend add/remove.

Weekly Friend Add/Remove
Please copy the following into the Admin Console.

Second! We would like to remind you guys to please not use the out of character community for non-game related updates. Please use the spam community, [livejournal.com profile] slowpoke_gif, for those!

Third! The Frequently Asked Questions and Battles 101 pages have been edited and updated! Battles 101 is now a little easier to understand, with a better explanation on how battling works and leveling. If there are any more questions, please ask below! As for the F.A.Q., the following questions were either added or updated:

But my character's not human...
What about my character's special talents?
My character has fragile health! Or they broke! Or they died in their canon! How can they live in Johto?
What kind of canons are accepted?
What about playing a Shopkeeper?

How many pokémon are there?
What's this I hear about evolution?
How many pokémon can I have?
Can we name/rename our pokémon?

What does a Trainer Card do?
What happens if I break my PokéGear?
So how do I make money in this place?
If I'm in Team Rocket against my will, can I just pretend I'm not with them?

What about Non-Player Characters (NPCs)?
How do you deal with drops and reapplying characters? What happens to their pokémon?
How do you get away with hiatuses?

In these updates, we have decided to repeal the Persona 3 Protagonist clause. Route will now allow both the Female and Male Protagonists in play at the same time. We have also decided to incorporate a Glitch Technique in order to help players coming in and out of hiatuses with their transition back into play. It's also got many other goodies! Please check it out! If you've got any other questions or comments, go right ahead and ask~!

Fourth! We have edited the moderators part on the main community. For now, only Okami, Stormy, and Kit™ are listed. This will change in the upcoming weeks, don't worry. Please be patient if things are a little slow. (Sorry so much!) We're burning on coffee and trying to be as quick as possible on keeping everything updated for you all. We'd like to express our sincerest apologies for letting things get a little delayed but we're working on fixing that as fast as we can!

ETA: [new] Fifth! The character limit has been moved to five! App more characters right now-- Quite a few people reached the limit so we decided to expand it just a bit more.

Six, actually! How is everyone doing today?

That threw me off so bad! It was stuck and I couldn't figure out where to make him run! I just started pushing everything cuz I figured it was just me being a failboat. XDDD Glad to know I wasn't alone. Does he run faster when you have him walking left-to-right? But it felt like he was.

/takes notes

Thank you, Ichi-sensei! I feel enlightened! XD I'm going to tooootally try that today.

xDD Walking left-to-right? I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but I think it was the "x" button, whatever key that is, if you hold it and move around, that can make you run. Also, you can config your own keys! Whatever buttons you work best with, switch it to there! For me, I made the triangle "e", square "s", the x "d", and the circle "f". Place them in a way you can easily tap them and is comfortable with~

Haha, give it a shot! Don't hesitate to ask me for any more help. I'm a total geek when it comes to video games, so ffffff I'M YOUR WALKING VIDEO GAME GUIDE \o\

Well, I meant him running horizontally as opposed of vertically across the screen. Like that funky aerial view... it was just so odd!

I've just been using the default settings so I don't confuse myself, but how do you config new ones? I was clicking and googling stuff forever and couldn't find anything on it.

/BOTHERS YOU ABOUT EVERYTHING FOREVER!

Ahhh, so I see! Well, it does seem like that way, but I think it's just the camera angle~ You could time it and tell the world though. \o\

I don't have my usb stick with me where I have my games and emulator on it, so this is all from memory and a few screenshots on google, so ahhh, forgive me if I get anything wrong. Before you actually load up the game into the emulator, click onto "config" at the top. From there, it should give you the options to go to "Game Pad". From there, there are four numbers, that means you can have four different button settings. So, if you prefer the default but just wanna try something new, you can config the second one! From there, it should bring up a separate small window with a picture of the PSX controller. You should be able to now change the keys to whatever you want it to be~ <333
