early updates! Oh my!
Hey guys! We have a ton of updates for you all today! They're soooo biiiig that we decided to do them early!
First off, the friend add/remove.
Weekly Friend Add/Remove
Please copy the following into the Admin Console.
Second! We would like to remind you guys to please not use the out of character community for non-game related updates. Please use the spam community,
slowpoke_gif, for those!
Third! The Frequently Asked Questions and Battles 101 pages have been edited and updated! Battles 101 is now a little easier to understand, with a better explanation on how battling works and leveling. If there are any more questions, please ask below! As for the F.A.Q., the following questions were either added or updated:
In these updates, we have decided to repeal the Persona 3 Protagonist clause. Route will now allow both the Female and Male Protagonists in play at the same time. We have also decided to incorporate a Glitch Technique in order to help players coming in and out of hiatuses with their transition back into play. It's also got many other goodies! Please check it out! If you've got any other questions or comments, go right ahead and ask~!
Fourth! We have edited the moderators part on the main community. For now, only Okami, Stormy, and Kit™ are listed. This will change in the upcoming weeks, don't worry. Please be patient if things are a little slow. (Sorry so much!) We're burning on coffee and trying to be as quick as possible on keeping everything updated for you all. We'd like to express our sincerest apologies for letting things get a little delayed but we're working on fixing that as fast as we can!
ETA: [new] Fifth! The character limit has been moved to five!App more characters right now-- Quite a few people reached the limit so we decided to expand it just a bit more.
Six, actually! How is everyone doing today?

But my character's not human...
What about my character's special talents?
My character has fragile health! Or they broke! Or they died in their canon! How can they live in Johto?
What kind of canons are accepted?
What about playing a Shopkeeper?
How many pokémon are there?
What's this I hear about evolution?
How many pokémon can I have?
Can we name/rename our pokémon?
What does a Trainer Card do?
What happens if I break my PokéGear?
So how do I make money in this place?
If I'm in Team Rocket against my will, can I just pretend I'm not with them?
What about Non-Player Characters (NPCs)?
How do you deal with drops and reapplying characters? What happens to their pokémon?
How do you get away with hiatuses?

fffff What are you doing with a walkthrough? GO PLAY THE ACTUAL GAME. Ah, but is it Innocent Sin or Eternal Punishment, may I ask? \o\

I can't afford any game systems and none of my friends will loan me one and I don't own the game.... so my friend who got me into it found a walkthrough for me since that's the only way I could figure it out! (She played Maya waaay back when I first met her.) It's Innocent Sin. A little hard to follow but I'm getting the overall gist of everything and I JUST REALLY WANT TO PLAY MICHELLE SOMEDAY!
...I need to figure out that whole "put playstation video game on computer" emulator thing... but then there's a 60% chance I won't get through it... like Ace Attorney 2 through... wherever they are now. /is a very horrible gamer

Ahh! Innocent Sin is just amazing~ The ending is just baw-worthy. AND OH MY GOD IF YOU PLAY MICHELLE I SWEAR TO GOD I WILL APP LISA WHEREVER YOU GO I WILL DO THIS I'VE BEEN MEANING TO APP SOMEONE FROM PERSONA 2 AHHHHHHHHH--
Oh, I can help you with that! I managed to play Innocent Sin on my computer to the end of the game, so I can assist you~ <3 Did you download any emulators yet onto your computer?

c adsijfkl OH MY GOD GINKO! *_* I WOULD DIE.
Oooh! That would be so awesome if you could! I've only got a DS emulator.

Alright then! The PSX emulator I use is called ePSXe. That one works great for running PS:IS! If you actually go onto Youtube and type it in, it should give you a tutorial to get it all set up! <3

It took me a little but I got it all up and running! Thanks so much!

Haha, I didn't do much, but I hope you'll enjoy the game! It is very different from the third and fourth game, and gameplay can be frustrating, but the stories and characters are wonderfully written. Although Persona 3 was my first, Persona 2 will always be my favorite. I hope you'll have fun playing the game! <333

/DIES REAL FAST
Maybe I'll actually finish this one! I got up to Kanji's bathhouse in P4 (and then later played it with Yamamoto-mun and got to Rise's little love hotel place), and in P3 I got up to "LET'S RESCUE STUPID FUUKA FROM THE DAMN SCHOOL SHE'S REALLY USELESS" and... then no more PS2. XD In the walkthrough for P2, I got up to the blimp crashing... MAYBE I'LL FINISH IT!
...but I'm slow at these things since I suck at gaming, so please don't kill me if I take forever!

If you have any questions about the game, don't hesitate to ask me! I'll be more than glad to help you <33

...and then I realized I don't know how to save. Does P2 have funky go-to save portal things like in the latter ones? Or is there some weird way to make the emulator do it? I couldn't figure it out! Ichi-sensei, teach me everything!
no subject
Haha, learn well, my student! If you press the square button, whatever key you assigned it to, that should pull up the menu. Unlike Persona 3 and 4, you get to save whenever you want in P2! Just pull up that menu and go to save, then ta-da, you got it! If you ever want to save on the emulator, you have to press the "esc" button while playing, then go to the top where it says stuff like "file". From there, you could easily find "save state" in the second header thing. That should help you in boss battles if you don't wanna read through all the scenes before the battle. <333

Thank you, Ichi-sensei! I feel enlightened! XD I'm going to tooootally try that today.

Haha, give it a shot! Don't hesitate to ask me for any more help. I'm a total geek when it comes to video games, so ffffff I'M YOUR WALKING VIDEO GAME GUIDE \o\

I've just been using the default settings so I don't confuse myself, but how do you config new ones? I was clicking and googling stuff forever and couldn't find anything on it.
/BOTHERS YOU ABOUT EVERYTHING FOREVER!
no subject
I don't have my usb stick with me where I have my games and emulator on it, so this is all from memory and a few screenshots on google, so ahhh, forgive me if I get anything wrong. Before you actually load up the game into the emulator, click onto "config" at the top. From there, it should give you the options to go to "Game Pad". From there, there are four numbers, that means you can have four different button settings. So, if you prefer the default but just wanna try something new, you can config the second one! From there, it should bring up a separate small window with a picture of the PSX controller. You should be able to now change the keys to whatever you want it to be~ <333
