- Like you mentioned, we've got no idea what powers he may or may not have, canonwise. - Bro explicitly uses him as a weapon during Strife in canon.
On the flip side of things, though, you're right that there's nothing inherently weaponized or threatening about, y'know, an ordinary puppet. So our question is: if Bro gets Cal, are you willing to take him under the two conditions that he must be 100% an ordinary puppet, and also that for the purposes of Route gameplay, Bro cannot use him in any sort of weaponized format as he does in canon? No strifing, no flashstepping to make him punch people, etc. How does that sound?
