Since their wheels were comprised of overlapping blades in order to make them round, instead of having the blades removed (idk how that would work with their regalia) would it be possible to have them dulled and rounded so that they're non-harmful and there wouldn't be a way to return them to their previous state as there wouldn't be enough material left to even risk trying to sharpen them up again anyway? If that makes any sense :x
