Sporadic Weekly Junkdates!
But first, a policy reminder:
While weapons are rather unavoidable in Johto and Kanto, as we have some very creative individuals and those who want their little weapons anyway, we'd like to remind all of you to come talk to a mod if your character plans on making any sort of service of selling or smuggling illegal contraband. While we're not going to put a ban on these already in play, especially since they do fall within the range of our weapons policy, we'd prefer to be in the know when a character chooses to make a business of passing weapons about.
For those with characters who already have illegal weapons (blades, projectile firearms, flaming yoyos, etc.), or those who wish to possibly attain these in the future, please note that sharper or more damaging weapons wear faster with stronger use. Weapons, for some strange child-lock reason, tend to break more easily if they're used more often, and if they're used on harder materials. They rust quickly when not taken care of and have to be sharpened numerous times after use, as they don't tend to hold much of a sharp edge to them for very long.
This will also be added to the F.A.Q. shortly, as it was somewhat of an unwritten rule.

xiaoqiao has two metal folding fans. there shouldn't be anything sharp on them though. they're just blunt and heavy and probably bigger than your average fan.

Sakura intends to study poisonous Pokemon and likely learn to lace sharp hair pins and needles with poison. I haven't started this yet, but intend to speak to a mod about the effects and if it's possible to do so whenever I do.

She also has a large, well-crafted wooden sword that was given to her as a gift by Nanao at one point, but aside from being fairly good for clobbering things with, it can't cut and isn't a real blade.

Sokka has nothing but I figured it should be mentioned anyway.
