Also guys, we've received a few complaints about the overabundance of memes in the OOC community. We accidentally let it get a bit overboard and we don't want it to become too cluttered, so in a few days, we are going to make a meme-community for Route. For now and for the future, all memes posted in the game communities and the meme community must be mod approved. More details to come soon!

Well, the style of the Wanted list we're still iffy about but the other lists are mostly for the techies, who have apparently been having a few issues of their own. Us not modding the memes was just us not stepping in when we should have. And I didn't want to make a sudden cease and desist notion to reiterate an unwritten rule many people didn't know we had until the idea for the new community came into play. It's not that we can't, it's just that we didn't.

As for shooting an IM, it could reduce back-to-back posts or help moderate the time they'd be posted so they're not all going up on the same day and whatnot. We're still taking ideas but right now, we're moderating it to make sure the new system works. I don't want to implement a new system and just turn the players on the community going "hey go figure it out have fun don't do it wrong". The biggest reason for moderating it right now is so the system stays in place. If it goes well enough, we might take it off, who knows.

I don't really see what's so complex for the players to figure out on their own about a crack/meme community. "This is where memes go, don't abuse or spam, have fun" seems unoffensive and straightforward to me. Buuuut... yall's the boss. :T!

On a different note... If there are Taken/Wanted/Reserve issues, maybe the techies need help?

See, it's not that complex overall. And if it goes well enough, we might not need to moderate it any longer. Overall it is like that but it's a mix of other styles of memes communities, and that's why there's this ominous ~system~ in place. It's probably nothing that new but we want to watch it just in case.

The "issues" aren't regarding the amount of work but what we want to do with the wanted page. We're still messing around that but it hasn't been the highest of priorities.
