Yeah, it was news to me as well, but I asked Sunny, who double-checked with Mei, because this is something Kimblee would have looked into as well; that was the answer I got, and there was kind of a lot of headtilting and "...okay then", but yeah. A...pparently not.

However, that said...at this point he's aware that it's cheap, but there's going to be more spamming of Protect followed by another shock from on high. (...onto a ridiculously soaked battlefield because WHY NOT, THIS IS POKEMON AND THEREFORE A GOOD IDEA, but.)
