Stupidly specific question and I apologize if something similar has been asked before and I just missed it... but as far as mutations go, would something like this be too much for a level five? I want to make some icons since he'll be mutated for a while but before I start doing more edits beyond this one I want to make sure that I didn't go too overboard.

(And I believe I heard that additional appendages like tails and ears are a no-go, is that correct or did I just imagine seeing that/someone was misinformed?)
