Great! I think it's probably fair to handwave some NPC children around Goldenrod, so we could play it that way — if she spots OF trying to be a decent guy and help out some kids in peril, I can easily see her putting whatever else she's doing on hold to drop in and assist. She just wouldn't stick around for long afterwards. :D
