Okay, so. Kimblee has so many issues involving this that he's gonna die (this is the guy who was running around in a war zone without half his uniform on because his jacket kept getting dirty, so um) he will actually gladly head up to Mahogany for the sake of setting interference transmitters. (He'd prefer the Mahogany Base as opposed to...anything involving caves GOD I'M SORRY HE'S SO PICKY I CANNOT - but if it helps, he also knows the base in Mahogany rather well, as he was from pretty much the last crop of Rockets that ended up there.) If this is something that would best be suited to NPCs, however, due to a lack of numbers, he will gladly assist with raising hell in...wherever we need hell raised in terms of general pillaging and whatnot. (And by "gladly" I mean "he'll be trying really, really hard not to scream because dear god why is it a hydra of filth.")

Descole would be willing to do device-setting in Kanto...somewhere, I'm not particularly picky about city and neither is he; wherever he's needed would be good.

GLaDOS will likely be doing the same as Descole, though I'd prefer to keep her in Goldenrod, if that's all right.
