I do like the idea of having a special license to be able to breed. But, I know we're not taking about specifics or anything here, I have my doubts about it? I mean, depending on what the process is to get a license to become that sort of gray-area class, I can see ways that people might try to abuse that to become both Trainer and Breeder to be able to get the perks of a Breeder if different caps for the classes get set. If the process is hard, I wouldn't mind it, but it can't be easy to get since you're getting both perks.

Personally, I think a lottery system should be used or something for the people that really want it, and draws can be held every 2/3 months. That way it gives people that want it a good chance and newbies that will stay the time to really think about whether they want it or not.

The only other option I might think about is just to do away with the class system overall. When you think about it, we only really have two classes in use; Trainer and Breeder. We do have Rockets, but they're not around, in use, nor simply have the kinds of numbers that Trainers and Breeders have to really, personally, put a dent in things. I think having more options open (Rangers, Coordinators, and hey, if Souji can open a breeding center, people should be allow to open other establishments too) might help the system out overall. Like giving Route a nice fresh coat of paint :3
