Also, mods, can he pimp out his chopper? 8D HE HAS THIS THING. If he's near a machine for too long he gets the urge to modify it into something that's more awesome and destructive (like in 3rd game, the dude turned a car into an airplane in what was probably a matter of hours, for seemingly no apparent reason...)
