It's her eclectic bass. It's, as far as I know, just a guitar with a lot added on. Here is a short wiki on it. Apparently, it can only be fully played by her dream self/dreambot because she was able to dream up extra arms to play. She can't do that here, but it's a pretty great guitar for sharing? :D;
