Based on the art descriptions of the other keyrunes, it's a sort of symbolic/ritualistic object carried by some members of the guilds, about one foot long. Looking at the full-sized art, this one is probably made of some mix of stone, glass, bone, and whatever the maker could get their hands on when they made it - the Gruul generally take that scavenging approach when making stuff.
