That sounds fine! Remember, if he's using them all at once, that'll be a triple drain on his battery (and from the way that you describe Poison Point, it'd be something that's sort of constantly running in the background, so the potential for doubling or tripling up is high), which in turn will wear him out faster. But these all seem pretty reasonable as powers, so consider your request approved!
