So basically what you're saying is you'd like him to be able to accurately call the minions' attacks 30% of the time.

Cheating or not, either one of these is fine — or both are fine! Generic telekinesis is no problem, and he's welcome to support via precognition/clairvoyance/what have you. Just make sure to give your fellow players a heads-up if that's going to come into play, and you should be fine!
