No, the boss won't be using any "magic", per se, that could be copied in that manner. It'll be sending out lesser monsters similar to the ones people have been fighting in the upstairs levels of the castle so far, and it'll be doing physical damage against people who attack it, but it doesn't sound like the things it'll be doing would conform to the Alpha Stigma's definition of "magic", either.
However, if someone fighting the boss is using "magic" (I put that in quotes solely because everyone's abilities are the product of dreams here, so it's sort of questionable whether they're really "magic" in the first place), and you work it out with them OOCly, it's possible that Ryner could copy another character's magical abilities (with player permission, of course!) and use those, instead?
