Sure! If he's been wishing for them back, that'd be sufficient — similar to how, in Ash's case above, wanting his Gundam there with him will allow for an approximation of it to appear. If they're something that Hope knows he can do (or could, once), and what he would want to have with him in a battle setting, then I don't have a problem with it — though we may ask you to limit his repertoire a bit, depending on how extensive it is! His dream battery is finite, after all.
