Which would you prefer? If you'd like him to summon his Gundam, we can definitely figure out some stipulations and restrictions for that (maybe make it a set of personal armor resembling his Gundam that gives him many of the same capabilities?), but if you'd prefer to have him be counted as "powerless" and give him a different set of abilities entirely, we can work with that, too! I think he's a unique enough case that it could go either way, really.
