No construction details or information on how to actually go about creating the chain itself, unfortunately because certain team rocket members would have a field day with those machines and you know it if we gave them specs, but it would be really hard to miss the connotations that it involves things that Aren't Very Nice To Say The Least; it wouldn't be flat-out stated as a sort of blood sacrifice but it wouldn't be very hard to get that impression.
