But yes the answer is "about three seconds"; none of them is particularly susceptible to being stalked and they all tend to have a good awareness of their surroundings. On the other hand, Dick's trained in stealth so he'd likewise stand a heightened chance of remaining unseen if he wanted, so I'd say it could go either way all around, really. :|b
