Domri will spend the first day running around and trying to get out, including running into some monsters (which ones to be decided; there are so many options) that vanish the next time he looks. Not having access to creatures in a dangerous situation is rather uncomfortable for him, considering how physically weak he is, as well as reminding him of parts of his childhood that he'd rather forget, so he'll scrounge together stuff to make weapons, which he might be persuaded to share. Once he finds out how to get his Pokémon back he'll make sure to get into those rooms somehow. He may try some stress-relieving destruction of the building if he can. For the final battle he'll be there with his Pokémon to fight for sure.
